Steve is an HR professional with 15+ years of human capital management experience. His journey spans across many areas of HR but his passion lies within talent acquisition. Steve began his career at Willis Towers Watson where he built his foundation in HR Technology. He then moved on to IBM where as an applicant tracking system consultant, he quickly learned how vital it is for organizations to hire and retain the best talent. The core principle that Velocity is built on is helping organizations find the best talent by optimizing their recruitment software. Steve attended Penn State University and is an avid Penn State sports fan.
Joseph Krengel
Technology Process Leader
Joseph Krengel is a Talent Acquisition Professional with 15 years of experience across a variety of industries in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Through roles as a full cycle recruiter, administrator, business analyst, consultant, and operations manager Joseph has developed a broad expertise in recruitment technologies and processes. He specializes in multi-platform recruitment technology optimization, through configuration and implementation of applicant tracking systems (ATS), refinement and formalization of recruitment business processes, training and development of system users, and administration of systems.
Thomas Trumble
Customer Success Leader
Thomas Trumble is a Recruitment Process Expert with 12 years of experience in the HR Technology industry in both customer and vendor roles. Thomas has held many positions in the HR Technology arena, from Customer Success Manager and Project Consultant, to Team Product Lead, Implementation Consultant and Customer-side System Administrator, all centering on HR Technology. More importantly the various roles all provided the opportunity to explore and grow his passion of serving customers through consulting, problem solving and developing efficiency through technology and process. Thomas graduated with a Master of Marketing, Communications and Advertising degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Before joining Velocity HCM, Amy served as an implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and HR Solutions Consultant.
Adam Duby
HR Solutions Architect
Adam is an experienced iCIMS system administrator with a decade of experience managing iCIMS systems for major technology and retail companies employing over 100,000 people. He has extensive experience with system configurations, workflow optimizations, module implementation, and API integrations, and has partnered with numerous organizations to provide training and documentation, and overall enhancement of their platforms, and corresponding user experience and ROI. In his free time, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Natalie Duncan
HR Solutions Architect
Natalie is a TA and People Experience leader with a decade of experience in developing and managing innovative and award-winning hiring processes. With her knack for developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives, Natalie has been able to link business processes and technology in ways that have allowed companies to dramatically reduce time to hire, design scalable hiring solutions, and implement multiple iCIMS products. When she’s not optimizing TA systems, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking and fishing Texas waterways, camping, and geocaching to ground herself in nature.

Amy has worked in the Talent space for 10+years. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge not only on the ATS side but within Talent Management as a whole. As our Practice Leader & Head of Strategic Partnerships, Amy is our iCIMS & Phenom People expert. Prior to Velocity HCM, Amy has taken on roles ranging from Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect and Principal Talent Management Consultant.

Mike is an experienced lead implementation consultant of BrassRing and Taleo (Oracle) systems for clients of all sizes across a variety of industries including large global enterprise engagements with Fortune 500 companies. Based on a projects scope, Mike is instrumental in the design, development, configuration, and system testing in order to achieve best fit solutions while continuously communicating with key stakeholders on timelines, project milestones and overall project management. Mike holds a B.A. in Accounting from Philadelphia University and a M.S. Human Resource Development from Villanova University.

Mustafa is a Senior Software Developer and consultant with 20 years of experience. His experience is focused on client engagements, integrations, API development and analytics. His HR technology experience started with Kenexa in 2008 and has been in this space since then. He then joined IBM where he served as the Team Leader in clients' various ATS projects where he witnessed the absolute need for par excellence recruiting software to find the best candidates for the open jobs.
